Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioengineering), Life Sciences, or a related technical field, PhD in a relevant scientific discipline or an MBA combined with technical education
15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Proven track record of leading senior teams and transforming business processes in a global setting
Demonstrated experience managing complex technology roadmaps and multi-site operations
Specific expertise in technology industrialization in GMP settings for either small or large molecules
Proven experience in asset lifecycle management
Proven ability to implement network-wide standardization strategies (e.g., Fleet programs)
