Support with payroll control: checking, tracking and documenting checklists/discrepancies between payroll runs
Assist in preparing and filing relevant documents to ensure traceability and quality assurance
Support with evaluations/analyses (e.g., in Excel) and the preparation of small summaries/reports
Participate in payroll projects (e.g., process optimization, standardization, digitization, interface-related topics)
Close collaboration with the payroll team and adjacent HR/service areas

You are enrolled in an economics, social sciences or humanities degree program – ideally with an HR focus
You work in a structured and independent manner and have a good sense for people
You are a strong communicator, reliable and eager to contribute actively
Some practical experience in HR is an advantage but not required
