You will learn the fundamentals of financial accounting, cost and performance accounting, controlling, and reporting, and apply them directly in practice
You will assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
You will actively participate in budget planning, monitoring, and variance analysis
You will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business analyses
You will rotate through various company departments such as Finance, Controlling, Insurance, Real Estate, Project Management, and Human Resources, gaining broad, practical insight into business processes
Requirements
High school diploma (Abitur/Fachabitur) or equivalent university entrance qualification
Interest in finance, controlling, and economic/business interrelationships
Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
Teamwork skills, strong communication, and self-initiative
Very good German skills and strong English skills, both written and spoken
