- Contributing to platform engineering across both ML and backend systems
- Exploring integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features
- Mentoring other Machine Learning Engineers and lifting engineering quality and excellence
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Python and Java Backend
- Deep experience building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI
- Strong bias for action and a product-minded approach to engineering
- Passionate about keeping up with the rapidly evolving AI space and proactively experiment with emerging techniques
