Market monitoring, analysis and comparison of offers, and selection of suitable suppliers and service providers
Development and optimization of processes in indirect purchasing
Operational leadership and professional development of purchasing representatives in the departments
Negotiation of contracts and terms with suppliers and service providers
Monitoring key performance indicators and initiating corrective actions in case of deviations
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or degree in a business-related field
Relevant experience in purchasing within an industrial/manufacturing company
Several years of leadership experience and strong communication skills
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
Result-oriented, structured and independent working style
