In this role you design and develop data-driven projects within the Retail Media unit.
You lead data-based projects (e.g., Auction Insights) – from requirements analysis and prioritization through implementation and testing, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
You identify and translate business needs into concrete requirements for data structures, analyses, and reports/dashboards – working partly within a Scrum framework.
You produce analyses and reports/dashboards for internal and external clients.
You further expand our reporting infrastructure and ensure standardization and documentation across all markets.
You develop and implement frameworks to optimally measure media performance — e.g., attribution, uplift, engagement.
Requirements
You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
You have several years of experience in data-driven marketing projects — ideally in media or retail environments.
You think analytically, are highly proficient in Excel, and have experience with a BI tool and building dashboards (Power BI or others such as Looker).
Ideally, you have knowledge of AdTech (Kevel), DAX, data modeling, and Jira/Scrum.
You communicate clearly and include strategically and operationally relevant stakeholders.
You are fluent in German and English.
