Frame the MDM architecture and define modeling principles (entities, relationships, hierarchies, reference data, crosswalks, governance)
Design and implement Reltio data models and their evolution (versioning, best practices, alignment with business requirements)
Define and configure MDM rules: match/merge, survivorship, identifier management, standardization/normalization, data quality and controls
Lead and contribute to integration: Reltio APIs, eventing, data flows, synchronization with upstream/downstream systems via Reltio Integration Hub and/or ETL/ESB tools
Participate in migration activities (mapping, load strategy, cutover) and secure production rollout
Establish testing strategies (unit, integration, regression) and support UAT phases with business teams
Serve as a technical authority: L3 support, incident analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership to a team (design reviews, code reviews if applicable, coaching, standards, documentation)
Produce clear documentation: architecture, specifications, guidelines, runbooks
Requirements
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data, Engineering or related field
7+ years of experience in Data / MDM / integration, including significant experience in Lead / Architect roles
Hands-on experience with Reltio (MDM configuration, data modeling, match/merge/survivorship, integrations, migrations)
Ability to challenge, structure, prioritize and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
