Evaluate different technical approaches, discuss trade-offs, and recommend optimal frontend solutions to complex challenges.
Drive the development and refinement of UI components, services integration, and frontend performance optimization.
Collaborate with product managers and technical experts to define, develop, and successfully roll out new features that enhance user experience and business value.
Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing team productivity and system efficiency.

8+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying modern web applications.
5+ Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Deep understanding of frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience integrating with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and scalability best practices.
Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL (general understanding for integration purposes).
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Proven ability to take features from concept through development, testing, and delivery.
Experience working in an engineering-driven organization with shared ownership of product outcomes.
Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Analytics, and Legal stakeholders.
