Lead and scale the commercial sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Build the infrastructure and processes to scale by hundreds in coming years
Develop and implement sales strategies
Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes
Foster a high-performance culture through effective change management and leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase output and efficiency
Drive results-oriented initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals
Manage and mentor a team of sales leaders and representatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
4-8 years of experience in a second-line sales management role
Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets
Strong data analytics skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving change management
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Experience in the SaaS industry is required and preferred if CWM.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
