You manage and support our commercial teams composed of around ten employees.
You actively contribute to their skill development, both individually and collectively, gather their training needs, and conduct various interviews.
You ensure good internal communication, fostering team cohesion, and promote a competitive spirit during our promotional campaigns.
You also participate in the commercial development of your branch.
You supervise and prepare detailed technical quotations, advising on and selecting appropriate equipment to meet client requests for complex projects (site work).
You ensure follow-up of estimates, from quotation to delivery, and support the client through all stages to guarantee their satisfaction.
You act as their primary point of contact, listening to and handling requests from their professionals (refrigeration engineers, kitchen fitters, HVAC specialists...).
You provide strong technical support by relying on your knowledge and our various internal tools (catalogues, technical libraries).
You are also instrumental in growing your branch's revenue: you propose complementary products to meet client needs and highlight our promotions to develop additional sales.
You retain clients and maintain a genuine quality partnership.
Requirements
Degree equivalent to a BAC+2 / BAC+3 in refrigeration and air conditioning (e.g., BTS FED with a refrigeration option or a Bachelor's in HVAC/Energy Engineering).
Significant experience in this sector, ideally including managerial responsibilities.
Dynamic and responsive.
Demonstrates adaptability, a true service orientation, and excellent listening skills.
