Conduct in-depth economic analyses for existing and prospective holdings and actively support equity acquisitions
Provide commercial guidance and support to the management teams of subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries on strategic direction, business model optimization and implementation of growth strategies
Analyze, comment on, and prepare follow-up work for shareholders' meetings
Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of subsidiaries, sub-subsidiaries and equity investments, including regular analysis of key performance indicators, business plans and forecasts
Actively contribute to the continuous development and regular review of the participation/investment strategy
Requirements
A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in participations management, corporate finance, M&A or controlling — gained in a bank, a management consultancy or an accounting/auditing firm
Solid expertise in financial statement analysis, company valuations and investment calculations
Ideally, knowledge of the regulatory environment affecting financial institutions or corporate groups
