Role Overview
- Define and drive AI user experience maturity across PTC segments and products
- Lead the creation and governance of AI UX patterns, guidelines, and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI/UX, Human Factors, Interaction Design, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years in UX/Product Design with 3+ years leading cross‑product or design‑system‑level initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating your UX work and the impact you’ve made
