Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and regional stakeholders across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), North America, Latin America (LATAM), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) to translate complex policies into clear, accessible guidance.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by coordinating publishing workflows and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance content search-ability and self-service efficiency.
Requirements
Several years of experience in Human Resources, Shared Services, or Global HR environments.
Strong knowledge of HR knowledge platforms, specifically ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or Salesforce.
Proven ability in creating knowledge-based content and supporting employee self-service initiatives within a global or regional operating model.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
