Provide out-of-hospital intensive care tailored to individual needs
Deliver basic and treatment nursing care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
Monitor ventilation and vital signs
Patient observation and emergency management
Support patients with activities of daily living
Communicate respectfully with patients, relatives and colleagues

Completed three-year nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Geriatric Nurse)
Empathy, sense of responsibility and reliability
Enjoy working independently while collaborating in a team
Experience in intensive care is desirable but not required

Planned 12-hour shifts for more free time and a permanent employment contract providing long-term security
