Organize and manage item master data, supplier and customer terms in the ERP system
Ensure high data quality and a professional product presentation through continuous maintenance and review of product data
Serve as internal point of contact for master data management and support departments with data-related inquiries
Create and maintain electronic catalogs in coordination with customers and providers
Produce structured reports and analyses using the ERP system as well as MS Access and Excel

Completed vocational training in IT or a commercial field (e.g., IT specialist/Fachinformatiker, IT systems salesperson/IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau, office management clerk) or equivalent qualification
Initial experience in product data management or master data maintenance is an advantage
Confident use of database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL, Access), Excel and ERP systems
Structured and precise working style with high quality standards
Analytical, process-oriented thinking as well as personal responsibility and reliability
Team-oriented with enjoyment in collaborative problem solving
