Assess clients' needs and expectations and be attentive to a discerning clientele
Perform body treatments, facial treatments, hand and foot beauty treatments, and respond to client requests
Be a member of the Spa team responsible for delivering an unforgettable guest experience
Ensure personalized, professional, and consistent service for our guests
Ensure the setup and replenishment of treatment rooms, the spa, and locker rooms
Maintain an excellent level of service quality in accordance with the establishment's standards (Maybourne, LQA, Forbes)
Requirements
Recognized qualification in aesthetics and/or massage (CAP/BEP/BTS in Aesthetics, Massage Certification or equivalent)
Experience with luxury hotel environments and strong client-relations skills
Fluent French; good command of English
Proficiency in a third language is a plus
2–3 years' experience in a similar role
