About this role
Role Overview
- Create and update the supplier database and enter supplier and/or customer invoices.
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Collect audit documentation and prepare reports (complimentary items, disbursements, etc.).
- Verify cash floats, record and reconcile card payments.
- Participate in inventories and prepare food and beverage cost ratios.
- Ensure an excellent level of service quality in line with the establishment's standards (Maybourne, LQA, Forbes).
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality school or business school; you have strong organisational skills and reliable logistical follow-through.
- Basic knowledge of accounting (debit/credit – expense and revenue accounts, etc.).
- Autonomous, enthusiastic, eager to learn and able to work well in a team.
- Fluent in French with a good command of English.
