Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources using SQL, Power Query, and Excel. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytical reports in Tableau and Power BI to provide timely and actionable insights.
Support the development of financial and demand models for new lounge opportunities, refurbishments, and commercial initiatives.
Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the commercial impact of changes in demand, pricing, costs, or capacity. Translate analytical outputs into commercially relevant insights, highlighting implications, risks, and opportunities.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to align to a recommendation, and feed into the delivery process.
Support the senior management teams in framing problems and opportunities, or with commercial modelling, and the presentation of these both internally and externally.
Present analytical findings clearly through visual storytelling and concise narratives tailored to non-technical audiences.
Build, maintain and enhance relationships with other internal teams and external partnerships.
Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in a data analyst, commercial analyst, or similar analytical role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query; VBA beneficial but not essential), Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboard development and data visualisation.
Demonstrated ability to process complex datasets and convert analysis into clear, structured insights.
Solid analytical and statistical reasoning skills with strong attention to detail.
Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience of forming hypotheses, delivering business cases and tying customer experience and client opportunities to business value.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
