Proper recording and account assignment of incoming invoices
Responsible for monthly reporting
Support with monthly cost and revenue accruals and deferrals
Participation in monthly project controlling
Contract and document management.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in business administration) and initial professional experience, ideally in the construction or real estate sector
Strong numerical aptitude
Ideally first experience with Nevaris or iTWO
Knowledge of cumulative interim invoicing
Proficient in MS Office applications
Reliability, commitment, and strong team-working skills.
