Responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best in class software experiences
Implement data processing and AI features using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Machine Learning
Develop ETL pipelines and integrate AI services like Azure Cognitive Services and Azure AI Search into applications
Assist in containerization and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Work closely with offshore engineers for development and testing; ensure smooth handoffs and communication
Support weekend deployments and production releases, including validation and rollback procedures
Stay updated on Azure analytics and AI advancements; apply best practices in coding and testing

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of relevant experience
Strong hands on coding skills in Python, Java, or Scala and SQL skills for data manipulation
Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory, and Stream Analytics
Exposure to Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and AI Search
Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and real-time streaming concepts
Basic understanding of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to write unit and integration tests for data and AI workflows
Strong communication skills for collaborating with onshore and offshore teams
Ability to work in agile environments and adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to support weekend deployments and release activities
