Help develop and bring creative concepts to life utilizing editorial and motion graphics skills;
Work to tell visually compelling and engaging brand stories;
Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all members of the team;
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas;
Design projects from scratch and expand upon existing packages;
Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process;
Adhere to current processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations;
Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project;
Institute and actively lead editing and post-production projects. This role is responsible for finalizing post production, including video editing when necessary;
Demonstrate the ability to integrate into the video production team, finding where your talents can enhance any given project;
Work with external suppliers who are producing video assets for us to ensure they are adhering to our brand guide and format guidelines.
Requirements
You have a reel and online portfolio showcasing numerous examples of current up-to-date work;
Minimum three years experience animating and creating motion graphics;
Great understanding of animation principles and design principles;
Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
Knowledge of Rive allowing integration of motion graphics to enhance Digital Experiences;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style;
Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design;
Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution;
Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
