To fulfill our mission, we are looking to hire a Product Owner (m/f/d)
Procurement as soon as possible.
You will be part of our large and motivated IT team and will help further develop the processes and software solutions around procurement and supply chain management.
Design and conceptualize, together with the team, sophisticated solutions for the areas of (strategic) procurement and supply chain management, including the management of complex purchasing conditions and rebates.
Manage the entire ordering process with our suppliers, always aiming to optimize transport costs, reduce waste, and improve availability.
Integration of our central warehouses.
Through requirements management you define the product backlogs and thereby develop the product strategy and vision.
Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate these business requirements into technical requirements.
Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria so that an up-to-date and well-understood backlog is always available.
Plan and prioritize releases, including their schedules and contents, and ensure quality.
You make well-founded decisions that maximize product value and ensure stable operations. You are responsible for the integration and operation of external software solutions as well as the implementation of in-house developed solutions.
Close collaboration with development teams, relevant IT departments, and stakeholders is important to you, and you promote an open and transparent communication culture.
Requirements
You have completed a degree in (business) computer science, business administration, logistics, or a comparable discipline, or you have extensive professional experience in similar topics.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in requirements management and are familiar with the challenges of modern software development.
Tools/platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office have been part of your daily toolkit for years.
You have an agile mindset; teamwork, communication, and transparency are important to you.
You are accustomed to applying these principles in distributed and multilingual teams.
You have strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.
