Role Overview
- Responsible for the oversight of service and operations for ~10 branches
- Mentors a team to execute service and operational objectives
- Motivates and coaches branch colleagues in service and operations
- Conducts branch visits for audits, observations, and inspections
- Participates in branch huddles to review operations procedures
- Performs risk management activities
- Responsible for communication/feedback to the Regional Service Operations Manager
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail service with operational experience
- Other Travel required within assigned market area.
- 3 years of experience leading or influencing a team
- Branch banking experience with operational focus
- Prior experience managing a team
- Comfort with technology
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented and thorough
