Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years in a senior technology leadership role (startup experience is a plus).
Strong background in software development, cloud platforms, and system architecture.
Proven experience scaling products, teams, and infrastructure.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and best practices.
Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves when needed.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a remote setting.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Nice to Have
Master’s degree or relevant certifications (AWS, PMP, ITIL, CISSP).
Experience with Agile and DevOps environments.
