Lead and mentor software engineers across multiple teams, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for solutions built using Angular, .NET (C#), and modern service based architectures
Ensure strong engineering practices including code quality, test automation, security, performance, and operational resilience
Partner with architects and platform teams to modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt in core servicing platforms
Champion DevOps principles and continuous delivery practices across teams
Drive automation across build, test, deployment, and operational monitoring
Own delivery outcomes for assigned initiatives, ensuring commitments are met with high quality
Manage project planning, execution, and dependency coordination across multiple initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong technical background with hands on experience in: .NET / C#, Angular, API based and service oriented architectures
Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a complex, regulated environment
Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices
Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and OpenShift
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
