Track statistics and metrics, including logins, usage (internal and external user adoption/analytics), tools, and resources
Understand the business to interpret data and feedback for creating action plans
Develop business cases to help prioritize projects
Focus on continuous improvement by analyzing data and identifying issues
Investigate and manage analytics issues with LTS
Collaborate with analytics teams to develop tools, reports, and dashboards
Generate ad hoc reports and provide data analysis as needed
Supply resources, analytics, and data while gathering requirements to support process improvement
Automate data analysis and/or gathering processes
Review survey results to determine necessary actions and changes
Create a feedback loop to share data with other teams
Proactively distribute reports and analysis to divisions and regions
Work with the team to provide analytics that highlight the value of enhancements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or a related field preferred; High School diploma or GED required
Basic understanding of project management processes and methodologies
1-3 years of relevant business experience
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication abilities
Experience with Salesforce (Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
