support the business by analyzing and evaluating relevant complex business data
provide recommendations to achieve current and future business strategy needs/objectives
validate information and interface with other departments
participate in planning, research, analysis, development, and implementation of new and modified applications
maintain broad system knowledge and stay current on all enhancements
assist with the documentation of new and revised departmental procedures
gather information for complex processes, analyze data and trends, develop work products
serve as a resource to team members on escalated issues
review and analyze reports and provide recommendations to improve matrix and reporting controls

Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
6 years of experience in end-to-end analysis and/or operations experience
Advanced knowledge in a wide variety of systems coordination
Knowledge of business operations and systems/business requirements processes
Experience facilitating collaboration of business requirements
Knowledge of business analysis tools such as MS Visio, MS Excel, Tableau, SQL
