Provide technical support into a variety of projects within the property environment.
Achieve project objectives as defined for each project via project appraisals.
Act as a project resource, completing allocated activities to meet budget, timeframe and quality objectives.
Identify information sources and collect data to support project delivery.
Contribute to and progress the development of ideas and offer alternative solutions to advance the project.
Review work carried out by colleagues to ensure that it meets specified standards.
Liaise with PM/TL and client to ensure effective communication on project matters.

Bachelors’ interior design or architectural degree
Previous experience in a similar Interior Design role.
Strong technical drafting skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Good client relationship management and commercial skills
Good understanding of the delivery and management of all RIBA Work Stages
Proficient in Revit and other design related software, with a good understanding of BIM
Ability to produce creative concepts and complete FF&E design space planning.
