About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute annual territory sales plans aligned to budget and margin targets
Increase customer share of wallet across the full product portfolio
Identify and win new business opportunities
Nurture and grow key customer relationships
Meet or exceed unit, revenue and profitability targets
Monitor customer satisfaction and manage feedback or complaints effectively
Identify, onboard and develop select resellers to optimise route to market
Strengthen brand loyalty and market leadership in bovine genetics and reproductive solutions
Share regular insights on industry trends, competitor activity and buying behaviours
Provide feedback on marketing effectiveness and growth opportunities
Contribute to broader business development strategies
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in sales
Agricultural industry experience highly regarded
Strong sales planning and forecasting capability
Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue and margin targets
Sound commercial acumen and pricing discipline
Experience using CRM systems to manage performance
Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel, Teams and PowerBI
Degree or qualification in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business or related discipline highly regarded
