Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers, adapting flexibly to their evolving needs across various Financials module(s).
Conduct detailed working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
Lead medium to high-complexity projects (like acquisitions or Phase X rollouts) through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines with no supervision.
Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships and consistently delivering impeccable service, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) like utilization and CSAT scores.
Act as a mentor, coach, and reviewer for less experienced team members.
Perform root cause analysis on client issues and implement effective, well-researched corrective measures.
Requirements
4+ years leading Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post-Production/AMS Services, or as a sophisticated Workday client.
Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials, Security, and Reporting plus expert command of at least one additional module (e.g., P2P, Expenses, Projects, FDM/Advanced Financial Reporting, C2C, Accounting Center, Suppliers, Strategic Sourcing, etc).
Proven ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritize without supervision, and lead full-lifecycle projects (scoping, design, go-live).
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and proven ability to influence stakeholders, guiding internal and client discussions toward timely solution agreement.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to frequent change.
Willingness to meet minimal travel requirements ( <5% annually).
