Robotic process automation development, including interaction with subject matter experts for gathering requirements, preparing current state documentation, solution design, debugging, user acceptance testing and implementation into production environment.
Prepares detailed specifications, develops processes, generic reusable components, visual basic objects based on the business needs.
Timely delivery of automation projects assigned, using best practices.
Provides periodic status on progress of development.
Responsible for monitoring the health of robots in production.
Heavy interaction with business teams across the organization.
Maintains legacy Access databases for user community with data housed in Oracle, iSeries and external sources.
Troubleshoots and resolves user errors.
Manage, identify, and ensure all financial risks are mitigated and compliant with SOX requirements.
Additionally, ensure process narrative documentation is current and accurately describes the process.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of prior software development experience required.
Experience in Blue Prism or UiPath RPA development preferred.
Experience in RPA solution design with demonstrated understanding of business processes and building process flow diagrams (Visio, IBM Blueworks, etc) preferred.
Experience automating mainframe and web applications
Experience monitoring RPA automations in production preferred
Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies
Experience with Finance, Accounting modules within an ERP
Experience writing SQL queries and connecting to SQL databases, Oracle queries and configuring ODBCs
Advanced Microsoft Access and Excel experience
