Role Overview
- Review/Approve all CSI staff nursing notes
- Monitor compliance with current laws, process improvements, and implementation of clinical best practices
- Optimize quality of care by reviewing clinical competency, ensure regulatory adherence, prevent adverse events, and promote infection prevention
- Communicate with Regional Clinical Supervisors on cancelled/rescheduled nursing visits and ensure appropriate documentation is done
- Perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care infusions in home.
Requirements
- Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Minimum two years in pharmacy or healthcare environment
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in the use of a computer and other devices.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to a reliable automobile.
