Architect, design, and implement scalable and reliable cloud-based SOAR solutions.
Develop advanced threat detection, response, and automation capabilities within our SOAR platform.
Work closely with product management, architects, and other engineering teams to define technical requirements.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in cloud security and SOAR technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, translating them into effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with Ops/SRE and customer success teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer escalations and production issues.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.).
Preferred to have experience in working in CyberSecurity related technologies like SIEM/SOAR.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in working directly with customers to gather requirements, provide support, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
