Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, translating them into effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with Ops/SRE and customer success teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer escalations and production issues.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering,
Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.). Preferred to have experience in working in CyberSecurity related technologies like SIEM/SOAR.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in working directly with customers to gather requirements, provide support, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
