About this role

Design and build conversion-focused landing pages using platforms such as Unbounce, Webflow, Framer, or similar tools.
Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to translate strategy into effective page design.
Apply conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles to layout, hierarchy, and user flow.
Conduct A/B testing of layouts, calls-to-action, and page elements to improve performance.
Ensure all designs are responsive, mobile-first, and aligned with brand standards.
Use performance data and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements.

Demonstrated experience designing landing pages with a focus on performance and measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimisation principles.
Proficiency in no-code or low-code landing page platforms.
Ability to interpret briefs, wireframes, or strategic direction and translate them into polished designs.
Experience working in performance-driven or growth-oriented environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
High level of organisation, accountability, and attention to detail.
