We are seeking a Brand Communications Strategist (Omnichannel) to architect and operationalise a scalable customer communication ecosystem within a growing clean energy organisation.
This role is responsible for translating brand strategy into structured, lifecycle-based communication frameworks across onboarding, billing, customer education, engagement, and retention.
The successful candidate will ensure that every customer touchpoint reinforces brand positioning, builds trust, and delivers clear, compliant messaging.
This is a strategic and systems-oriented role focused on long-term communication architecture rather than campaign execution alone.
Act as custodian of brand voice across all lifecycle communications
Audit and standardise customer-facing messaging across business units
Develop and maintain communication guidelines and governance frameworks
Ensure alignment between brand positioning and operational messaging
Design structured communication journeys across the full customer lifecycle
Develop scalable messaging frameworks for web, email, support content, product communications, and campaigns
Identify customer friction points and improve clarity through messaging optimisation
Ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with regulatory and operational requirements
Partner with Marketing, Growth, Customer Experience, Product, and Operations to align messaging with evolving business objectives
Translate complex product, regulatory, and operational information into accessible customer language
Establish structured workflows to maintain stakeholder alignment and delivery discipline
Leverage performance data and customer insights to refine communication strategies
Balance creative storytelling with operational precision
Maintain high standards for clarity, compliance, and brand consistency
Requirements
4–7+ years’ experience in brand communications, lifecycle marketing, or messaging strategy
Demonstrated experience building structured communication systems at scale
Strong understanding of brand governance and voice development
Proven ability to convert strategy into repeatable operational frameworks
Experience working across cross-functional, distributed teams
Strong project management and execution capability
