Translate brand strategy into structured, scalable lifecycle communications
Ensure that every customer touchpoint reinforces the client's voice and builds trust
Partner closely with Growth, Customer Experience, Product, and Operations to align messaging
Design structured communication journeys across onboarding, billing, education, engagement, and retention
Develop messaging frameworks that scale across web, email, support content
Identify friction points in the customer experience and improve clarity through messaging
Use performance data, customer insights, and feedback to continuously refine messaging

4–7+ years of experience in brand communications, lifecycle marketing, or messaging strategy
Strong understanding of brand voice development and messaging systems
Experience building structured communication frameworks — not just campaigns
Proven ability to turn strategy into scalable, repeatable processes
Experience maintaining brand consistency across cross-functional, distributed teams
Highly proactive and execution-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Internet speed: 30–50 Mbps download, 20–30 Mbps upload, stable connection below 30ms preferred, wired connection strongly recommended
