Product Owner – Identity Governance, User Administration

Role Overview

• Own the full lifecycle of IAM / IGA / UAM / PAM services.
• Take responsible for service KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and performance metrics.
• Manage service delivery by an outsourcing party (incidents, services requests, and problem, and change processes related to identity services).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service maturity.
• Ensure identity services meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001).
• Act as the primary point of contact for IAM/IGA-related questions from business, IT, security, and audit stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of a new IAM/IGA platform in collaboration with internal teams and a contracted third-party service organization.
• Act as the application owner for the IAM/IGA tool and processes.
• Manage and continuously adapt the solution to support new or changed applications across Agfa.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of IAM/IGA/UAM platforms.
• Oversee platform upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with IT teams and business.
• Very good English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management and/or Identity Governance of 5+ years.
• Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools implementation such as Omada, Okta, Evidian.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
