Analyze business processes, data, and IT systems to improve operational efficiency
Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, defining requirements, creating reports, and proposing solutions
Drive the end‑to‑end analysis process from business process analysis (AS-IS)
Understand business needs and shape TO‑BE processes
Collaborate closely with architects and developers on designing technically sound solutions
Ensure solutions are successfully implemented

Diploma in business, economics, IT, or related fields
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise environments
Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work closely with technical teams
Proficiency in process modelling (BPMN, EPC) and requirements documentation
Ability to translate business needs into technically sound, scalable, and implementable specifications
Ability to maintain a broad, end‑to‑end perspective on the business and technical landscape when defining solutions
Strong collaboration skills with teams responsible for other systems in the ecosystem to ensure seamless end‑to‑end integration of solutions
Solid technical skills SQL querying, strong Excel, familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flow
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical-thinking abilities
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to manage complex requirements independently and provide clarity in ambiguous situations
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Croatian are mandatory.
