About this role
Role Overview
Provide excellent customer service.
Attend clients’ queries via phone and email, being proactive, courteous, and helpful.
Ensure all requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately per policies and guidelines.
Promote goodwill when dealing with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and client loyalty.
Identify and suggest improvement opportunities during daily work.
Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, and solutions.
Requirements
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
Spanish language knowledge is an advantage.
Flexibility to support Global Support team members as required.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to find solutions that work best for all parties.
