Insurance Coverage Consultant

Role Overview

• Implement strategic plans and advanced technology to maximize clients’ insurance recoveries for mass tort and complex claims
• Manage insurer communications, including notice and tender processes, coverage position letters, and information requests
• Review policy documents to identify key provisions for policy management systems and coverage charts
• Negotiate insurance coverage and loss allocation resolutions with adjusters on behalf of clients

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of relevant experience evaluating and negotiating coverage on multi-year claims
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
