Role Overview
As a consultant, you contribute hands-on expertise directly in projects and consistently impress stakeholders.
As a DevOps expert, you lead the way and passionately support the entire development lifecycle for our clients.
You are passionate about automation and promptly automate build, test, and deployment processes.
You master Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to automate infrastructure management as if by magic.
You continuously monitor and optimize clients’ on-premises or cloud infrastructure.
You take care of alerting, monitoring, and tracing with dedication to ensure seamless operation.
Your teamwork is especially valuable with developers and testers in agile, cross-functional teams working with Scrum or Kanban.
Your proactive and independent working style ensures smooth operation of the applications you help build.
You represent the operational perspective confidently and persuasively to development teams, product owners, and other project stakeholders, making a real difference.
Requirements
You have at least three years of experience in the DevOps field and prior experience in software development.
You hold a degree in IT or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
You have experience with the following technologies and areas: Java, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, Linux, Docker, SRE.
You bring strong expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines as well as in developing and deploying Java and web applications.
You are familiar with microservice architectures and API design (REST, messaging).
You have a basic understanding of network infrastructure (routing, load balancing, DNS).
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams is a major advantage.
You are a strong communicator, open with your teammates and our clients, and enjoy working in consulting.
You are business-fluent in German and have good English skills.
