Design, build, operate, and continuously improve snowflake-based data warehouse and data services
Deliver reliable, well-modeled datasets and simple, scalable APIs
Work closely with analysts to translate business needs into data products
Implement and operate stable, secure ELT/ETL into Snowflake
Monitor and fix failures for data pipelines
Deliver clean layers (raw → cdm → DM); keep definitions consistent
Seamlessly onboard new regional platforms into a unified layered model
Build/maintain simple data services and endpoints
Add checks, reconcile sources, and resolve data defects; protect PII
Assist with model changes driven by DWH updates

Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
2–4+ years in data engineering or DWH development
Strong SQL & Python
Airflow
Snowflake (or similar cloud DWH)
Git/JIRA/Confluence
BI modeling exposure (Looker) is a plus
Clear communication, ownership, quality mindset; can turn ambiguous asks into stable data solutions
Russian — fluent (must)
English — fluent (must)
Strong communication in both; German/other EU language — plus
