Ensure governance and smooth execution of the Channel Marketing cycle, managing PAC/MDF end to end: from submission to final proof, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
Own the project's operational and analytical controls, maintaining organization, traceability and up-to-date proof packages and official documents
Operate and monitor the MDF/Champion portal, performing submissions, adjustments, follow-ups and status tracking of requests with the stakeholders involved
Structure and standardize evidence packages, ensuring a validated checklist, proper naming conventions and consistent documentation for audits and approvals
Consolidate performance indicators (execution DNA), analyze campaigns and update strategic dashboards (WBR, MBR and QBR) to support decision-making
Manage PSAs and POs, handling quotes, approvals, financial controls and proofs within established deadlines
Act as first-line support to the team and partners, sending official communications (materials, invitations, lists) and ensuring operational alignment
Operate incentive campaigns end to end, including registrations, validations, approvals, redemptions and vendor interface, maintaining a structured record of exceptions and versioning
Requirements
Experience in Channel Marketing operations, Trade Marketing or Channel Marketing, with understanding of the full flow of cooperative activities (PAC/MDF/Co-op)
Hands-on experience with MDF / Co-op / Champion portals, performing submissions, adjustments, status tracking and stakeholder interaction to ensure process fluidity and compliance
Experience organizing and validating proof packages, including evidence, structured checklists and standardized naming conventions for audit and compliance purposes
Analytical ability to consolidate and analyze campaign data, maintaining and updating executive dashboards (WBR, MBR, QBR) aimed at decision support
Experience in administrative and financial routines such as managing PSAs/POs, quotes, approvals and proof controls, with attention to deadlines and document accuracy
Experience in structured operational communications, including distribution of materials, invitations, lists and first-line support to partners and internal teams
Experience managing end-to-end incentive campaigns, including registration management, approvals, redemptions, vendor coordination and organized exception tracking
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Engineering or related fields
