Mid-level Developer Analyst – Automation, Low-Code

Role Overview

• Responsible for analyzing existing business processes to identify automation opportunities using RPA;
• Develop and implement automation solutions;
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and ensure proper integration of RPA solutions;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flowcharts, automation specifications, and scripts;
• Test and optimize automation bots to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the solutions;
• Provide technical support and training to end users of RPA solutions;
• Monitor automation performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Technology or a related field;
• Power Automate;
• Low-code automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere);
• Experience in RPA development;
• Microsoft Power Apps;
