Contribute to structuring and organizing the creative department's processes, seeking optimization and efficiency.
Work with multiple clients, adapting to the fast-paced daily dynamics of the company.
Collaborate with the team, bringing new perspectives on process organization.
Actively apply Artificial Intelligence tools and concepts to optimize and innovate motion design projects.

Solid knowledge of graphic design.
Understanding of and ability to create motion design, especially for social media.
Experience with Adobe tools.
Experience with Figma.
Previous experience in varied work environments and with multiple clients.
Strong organizational and process-oriented skills are a plus.
