Role Overview
- Perform judicial and administrative filings in electronic systems, monitoring deadlines and requests.
- Follow up with court offices by email, phone, virtual counter or ticketing system as required.
- Record and update information in the internal system (Advwin), ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Support communications with operations and clients, ensuring responses within deadlines and aligned with firm standards.
Requirements
- Active OAB/MG registration (registered with the Minas Gerais Bar Association).
- Experience with the Advwin system.
