Role Overview
- Develop, build and implement the vision and strategy for digital products for the VP of Corporate Affairs, aligned and connected with business needs;
- Be creative in accelerating and capturing value, considering in-house digital solutions (GB) as well as market solutions, recommending the best strategy for the area;
- Participate in defining business and technology OKRs and KPIs to track progress toward strategic objectives, aligned with GB’s management model;
- Lead and develop leaders (product and engineering), ensuring alignment with our culture and required technical maturity;
- Create alliances and form partnerships with various internal areas to manage the entire product development cycle, aiming to build sustainable solutions to serve the market we operate in;
- Monitor product results and team performance, connecting these metrics to GB’s strategic outcomes and ensuring roadmap alignment with stakeholders;
- Ensure information security of digital products, with scalable and efficient architecture across GB;
- Evolve, together with the team, working methods aligned with agile methodologies and digital culture;
Requirements
- Strategic Scenario Reading: Ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple contexts (ESG, Legal, GRC and Privacy) with maturity.
- Analytical and Business Insight: Ability to translate complex business problems into structured digital solutions, balancing technical and functional requirements.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication skills to articulate the product vision, align expectations with demanding stakeholders, and say “no” when necessary to protect strategic focus.
- Resilience and Navigating Ambiguity: Ability to operate in changing scenarios while maintaining focus on delivery and team stability.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and ability to delegate and manage by context/direct the team.
- Handling confidential and sensitive topics (GRC).
