About this role
Role Overview
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for features and enhancements within your Product Area
- Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, usable design solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research throughout discovery, design, and delivery
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from the Design Lead and partners
- Ensure designs align with Xometry’s design system, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
- Support engineering handoff by providing clear specifications and design documentation
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, technical constraints, and changing priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in agile product teams
- Solid skills in Figma and modern design systems and workflows
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate feedback
- Comfort working within defined product direction and constraints.
