Solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS — you can build responsive, accessible interfaces without relying on frameworks as a crutch
Git proficiency — branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution are routine
Comfort with deployment workflows — you have deployed web applications and are not afraid of the terminal
Basic understanding of REST APIs — you can consume endpoints and debug integration issues
Attention to detail — pixel-level care about UI consistency and polish
Fluent English (C1+) — working language of the team
